Alex was my technician and he was great. He explained everything to me as he went through the inspection. I ended up needing more work than I thought, but he stayed late to finish the job. First time my garage door spring broke. I called Sears Garage Door and Michael set up the tech Gary for the next morning. Gary arrived on time , diagnosed it and replaced it quickly. He also checked and aligned everything. I also had them change out the steel rollers for rubber ones so its very quiet now. Recently my garage door would not close. I called and Gary came out early in the morning fixed it and did a complete tune-up. It works like new again. I would highly recommend Sears Garage Door. Great work and reasonably priced These guys rock !
